I have tried what feels like everything to get this game to open. I click play in either the start menu or in the Microsoft Store, it opens the game window, shows a picture and then goes black. After this the length of time varies but it then closes.

In reply to Loraine Mon's post on February 28, This temporarily solves the problem for me, but after restarting my computer the game goes straight back to crashing on start up. At this point I am not really satisfied with temporary fixes, this is clearly problem for a lot of people if the reviews are any indication, this game really needs a patch pretty soon or offer a refund or something, because it kind of sucks having bought a game which I can only play by downloading a free app every time I restart my computer.
